The protection of our planet depends on all of us.  During the construction of Mónaco Suites & Garden, several sustainability measures were implemented that constitute our contribution to the quality of life on our planet.

In order to reduce water consumption, a rainwater harvesting network was designed, which is stored in a reservoir buried in the garden. This water is then filtered and used to clean external areas, wash clothes, irrigate and flush toilets.

We have improved our energy efficiency by using low-energy LED lighting throughout the accommodation, as well as an access card system that also allows you to turn off the accommodation's lighting, appliances and air conditioning when guests leave, avoiding unnecessary energy costs.

The walls were built with thermal insulation and the windows were double glazed, thus contributing to energy savings.

To promote recycling, another important pillar of sustainability, waste separation containers were placed in all accommodations. Our team will deposit the waste in public recycling bins so that it can be recycled and also the coffee capsules are collected for later recycling.

The acquisition of solar panels, equipped with energy storage batteries, is underway, which will also allow us to contribute to increasing the consumption of renewable energy on our island.
